After 3 years on the Innovator Founder Visa, you can apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) — permanent residence in the UK. This is the goal the entire journey has been building towards.

The ILR application requires evidence that your business is active, that you have been genuinely involved in running it, and that you have met at least 2 of the 7 achievement criteria. You also need a fresh endorsement from your endorsing body.
