Nikki Gul Limited provides consultancy services to individuals and businesses in connection with the UK Innovator Founder Visa route. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

Important Notice: Nature of Our Services

We are not immigration lawyers. We do not provide legal advice. Our services are limited to business consultancy and guidance in connection with the Innovator Founder Visa route. Nothing on this website or provided through our services should be interpreted as legal, immigration or regulatory advice.

We cannot guarantee visa approval, endorsement, or any specific outcome. Decisions regarding visa applications are made solely by the Home Office. Decisions regarding endorsements are made solely by the relevant endorsing bodies. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the outcome of any application or decision made by any government authority or endorsing body.

If you require legal or immigration advice, we strongly recommend that you seek independent counsel from a qualified immigration solicitor or a registered adviser regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC).

Client Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, truthful and complete information at all times
Respond to our communications and requests for information in a timely manner
Review all documents we prepare on your behalf and notify us promptly of any errors or concerns
Comply with all applicable laws and immigration rules
Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in connection with any fraudulent application

We reserve the right to cease providing services immediately and without refund if we have reason to believe that any information you have provided is false, misleading or incomplete, or if you are using our services in connection with any fraudulent activity.

Fees and Payment

Our fees will be set out in writing before we commence any work on your behalf. By proceeding with our services, you agree to pay the fees as quoted. The following terms apply:

All fees are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where a project is quoted on a fixed fee basis, the fee covers the scope of work as agreed. Any additional work beyond that scope will be quoted and agreed separately.
Payment must be made by the method and within the timeframe specified in your invoice.
Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment.
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your engagement with us, the following terms apply:

If you cancel before we have commenced any work, you will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.
If you cancel after work has commenced, we will charge you for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any balance will be refunded within 14 working days.
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to contact@nikkigulconsulting.co.uk.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend the provision of services at any time if you breach these terms, fail to make payment when due, or if we are unable to continue for any reason beyond our reasonable control. In such circumstances, you will be charged for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Nikki Gul Limited shall not be liable for any visa refusal, endorsement refusal, or any other decision made by the Home Office, an endorsing body, or any other government authority, regardless of the reason for such refusal or decision.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us for the services in question.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data or any other losses arising from or in connection with our services.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on this website or through our services, where that information was intended as general guidance only.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in providing our services where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos and design, is the property of Nikki Gul Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Where we prepare documents, business plans or other materials on your behalf as part of our services, we grant you a licence to use those materials for the purpose for which they were created. The underlying intellectual property in the templates, frameworks and methodologies used to create those materials remains with Nikki Gul Limited.
